The
coffee food service business has become an
industry of subcontractors and third party
distributors. The large roasters are eager
to distance themselves from the responsibilities
of customer service. We are taking the service
back where it used to be.

Superb Product
At Muldoon’s
Own we import only top grade Arabica specialty
green coffee beans, (not the lower Robusta
and UGQ grades). We slow roast our coffees
individually to develop the best characteristics
of each varietal. Our slow roasted coffees
are meticulously cupped daily by our roast
master, to guarantee the best experience for
our customer (not for uniformity and general
acceptability). There is a traditional statement
in specialty coffee roasting that is "the
nose knows". At Muldoon’s we believe
the fresher the better and strive to please
the coffee drinker every step of the way.

Own team are trained and certified Barista
and Gold cup qualified, which is one of the
highest ranks attainable in the specialty
coffee trade today. At Muldoon’s Own
we continually innovate new brewing styles,
methods, and ideas with the ultimate goal
of a great coffee experience every time.
At Muldoon’s rarely do we find equipment
in the field calibrated correctly. To this
end, if equipment is not required, we will
calibrate, delime and sanitize all brewing
equipment that our coffee will be brewed in,
including espresso systems and coffee grinders.
This way we ensure our coffees will be brewed
correctly in time, temperature and taste.

Service
Muldoon’s Authentic
Coffee operates our own fleet of delivery
vehicles and our employees are uniformed and
bonded CSR’s (customer service representatives)
not deliverymen. After a phone call to the
customer where a product order is placed,
next day delivery is a guarantee. Your CSR
will arrive at your location and will verify
the order with the contact person, deliver
and rotate products, visually inspect all
brewing systems and report any problem to
both the customer and the Muldoon’s
technical service department.
Muldoon’s Own Authentic Coffee is proud
to say it operates one of the best service
departments in the industry. Our own team
of factory-trained technicians is on call
24 hours a day, 7 days a week and should a
technical problem arise a quick call to our
service department would ensure a fast professional
