“Most other coffee service companies wouldn’t know a great Colombian bean from a Kenyan one but, fortunately for our customers, we do.”

When the Muldoon brothers talk about specialty coffee, they are supremely confident that their product is just that. Why? Maybe it’s because their years of experience and training, roasting and blending coffees from around the world, and as certified baristas has given them the ability to know when something tastes right and, most importantly, when it doesn’t.

Each and every bean that enters the Muldoon’s factory is considered specialty and, on average, grows at over 5,000 feet to allow this truly wonderful coffee to develop slowly, with such great regional character. And while some companies rely on automated high tech roasting with the goal of acceptability and quantity, the Muldoon brothers opt for slow artesian hand roasting by using their senses - eyes, ears and nose - “the old world way”. The ultimate reward, not acceptability but magnificence, that is the Muldoon’s way.
